WHAT ARE OUR SIGNATURE FACIALS?

Our Signature Facials are professional skincare treatments performed by licensed aestheticians using high-quality, medical-grade products tailored to your individual skin type and concerns. Whether you’re looking for a quick refresh, a deeply therapeutic treatment, or our most comprehensive facial experience, we have an option designed for you. Each facial begins with a thorough skin consultation to ensure every step, product, and technique is customized to deliver the best possible results for your skin.

OUR FACIALS

EXPRESS FACIAL

A shorter, targeted treatment designed to refresh and revitalize the skin when time is limited. Includes cleansing, mild exfoliation, a serum or mask application, and hydration – ideal for addressing surface-level concerns like dullness and congestion, or as a regular maintenance treatment between more comprehensive sessions.

Best for: Quick skin refreshes, maintenance, first-time facial clients, mild dullness and congestion

MEDICAL GRADE FACIAL

An advanced, customized facial using medical-grade products to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, extract, and treat specific skin concerns. Your aesthetician will tailor every step – including the choice of exfoliant, serums, and mask – to your skin type and goals.

An optional dermaplaning add-on is available for an ultra-smooth, makeup-ready finish.

Best for: Acne and congestion, uneven tone and texture, dehydration, early signs of aging, hyperpigmentation

ULTIMATE FACIAL

Our most comprehensive and indulgent signature facial experience. The Ultimate Facial combines professional double-cleansing, chemical or mechanical exfoliation, targeted extractions, concentrated treatment serums, a customized mask, and intensive hydration and protection – all tailored to your skin.

An optional dermaplaning add-on is available for an ultra-smooth, makeup-ready finish.

Best for: Clients who want the most thorough facial experience, multiple skin concerns, deep congestion, dullness, fine lines, or as a pre-event treatment

FAQ

The best facial for you depends on your skin type, concerns, how much time you have, and what kind of experience you’re looking for, your aesthetician will help you choose during your consultation.

  • The Express Facial is ideal for a quick refresh or maintenance treatment.
  • The Medical Grade Facial is best for clients with specific skin concerns such as acne, pigmentation, or dehydration.
  • The Ultimate Facial is our most comprehensive option, designed for clients who want the full experience.

For general skin health and maintenance, a facial every 4–6 weeks is ideal – this aligns with the skin’s natural cell turnover cycle. If you’re working on a specific concern, your aesthetician may recommend an initial series of treatments followed by regular maintenance visits.

Downtime is minimal to none for all three facials. You may experience mild redness, warmth, or temporary sensitivity following your treatment, which typically subsides within a few hours. Some clients may experience minor purging after extractions or active ingredient use, particularly after the Medical Grade or Ultimate Facial.

Yes – dermaplaning is available as an optional add-on with the Medical Grade and Ultimate Facial. It physically exfoliates the skin and removes vellus hair (peach fuzz) for an ultra-smooth, radiant finish that allows skincare products and makeup to sit beautifully on the skin. Your aesthetician will confirm suitability before including this step.

Yes – our facials can be customized to support mild to moderate congestion and breakouts using targeted exfoliation, extractions, and clarifying serums. For more severe or cystic acne, your provider may recommend additional medical-grade treatments alongside regular facials for the best results.

In the 24–48 hours before your appointment, avoid sun exposure, waxing, harsh scrubs, strong active ingredients such as retinoids or acids, and arriving with heavy makeup. Clean, makeup-free skin is ideal.

Following your facial, avoid heavy makeup for the rest of the day, harsh scrubs and strong actives for at least 24–48 hours, hot tubs, saunas, and intense exercise immediately after treatment, and direct sun exposure. Always apply broad-spectrum SPF. Your aesthetician will provide tailored aftercare instructions based on the facial and steps performed.

Most clients notice their skin feels cleaner, smoother, and more hydrated immediately after treatment, with radiance and clarity continuing to improve over the following days. With regular facials and a consistent homecare routine, you’ll see longer-term improvements in texture, tone, and overall skin health.

Many facial steps are safe during pregnancy, but certain products and treatments may not be suitable. Always consult with your healthcare provider before booking, and inform your aesthetician so they can adjust the treatment accordingly.
